Guide for Watch Warranty

The warranty period for the machine of the watch is generally one year from the date of purchase. This time period may vary according to the models of the watch.

  • The warranty only covers manufacturing defects in the machine or Mechanism of the watch.
  • The warranty does not cover the battery, case, strap/bracelet, glass, general wear and tear or any kind of physical damage caused to the watch.
  • Any attempt to repair the watch by an unauthorized person or opening the watch case will void the warranty.
  • To claim warranty service, the customer must present the original purchase receipt and warranty card.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • If the watch is found to have a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
  • The warranty service is limited to the machine or Mechanism of the watch and does not cover any other parts or accessories.
  • The warranty service is available only at authorized service centers or from our website.
  • The warranty does not cover any damage caused by negligence, accidents, misuse, or improper care of the watch.
  • The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the warranty terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • The decision of the company regarding warranty claims will be final and binding.
