Refund and Cancellation Policy

We do not offer any cancellations or refunds for purchases of our watches. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, the sale is considered final.

In case the watch is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will assess the damage and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or repair of the watch.

If the customer fails to notify us within the specified time frame, we will assume that the product has been received in good condition and no further claims for damage or defects will be entertained.

We take all necessary steps to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and are free from any defects or damages. However, if a defect or damage is discovered after the 24-hour period, we will not be liable for any replacement or repair.

We reserve the right to reject any refund or exchange request that does not comply with our policy.
